Delivery

Your package is shipped within 2 to 3 days following your order for delivery in approximately 5 working days (excluding weekends). For European countries, allow 10 working days for delivery. The tracking number will be sent to you in a second email ( check your spam) to follow the delivery steps.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted maximum 14 days after receipt of the package if the jewelry is not suitable. Contact us via this form for a return request with your name and order number.
Sale items are not returned.

Made-to-order and tailor-made jewelry

Delivery

Production time: 2 to 5 weeks depending on the piece. This piece of jewelry is made only on your request.
Delivery time: 5 working days for delivery in France. 10 to 14 days to Europe.
We cannot cover the loss of your package by the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns on jewelry made to order and custom-made. They are produced exclusively at your request and are within the scope of personalized jewelry (size, stone, etc.). Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that “ the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. »
